PN Certified Nutrition Coach

Refund Policy

At The S Plan, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and customized programming. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all coaching fees, memberships, consultations, nutrition plans, training programs, and digital materials are generally non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only when a client becomes medically unable to participate because of an illness, injury, or other medical condition that significantly limits their ability to follow the prescribed training, nutrition, or coaching recommendations.

To qualify, the client must:
• Be under an active paid membership or coaching program.
• Notify The S Plan within fourteen (14) days of the illness or injury.
• Provide written documentation from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider confirming the inability to participate.
• Submit all required documentation to logan@splan.com for review.

Medical Documentation Requirements

Documentation must be signed by a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider, include the date of diagnosis or evaluation, state that the client is medically unable to participate in fitness, nutrition, wellness, or pickleball coaching activities, and specify the expected duration of the limitation if known.

The S Plan may request additional documentation if needed to evaluate a refund request.

Refund Determination

After reviewing the required medical documentation, The S Plan may, at its sole discretion:
• Issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
• Pause the client's membership until medical clearance is obtained.
• Provide an account credit toward future coaching services.

Refunds will not cover coaching services, program design, consultations, check-ins, or support provided before the date the client became medically unable to participate.

Non-Refundable Circumstances and Approved Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Failure to use coaching services
• Lack of motivation or adherence to the program
• Scheduling conflicts or travel
• Changes in personal circumstances
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to cancel before the next billing date
• Voluntary discontinuation of coaching services
• Injuries or illnesses without supporting medical documentation

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method whenever possible. Cash payments may be refunded by business check, electronic payment, or another mutually agreed-upon method.
